Project Acquisition Phase
- Review, analyze, and negotiate contractual terms with customers and partners
- Identify and assess contractual risks
- Propose appropriate risk allocation strategies
- Support negotiations related to bank guarantees and insurance requirements
- Prepare contract summaries for smooth handover from sales to execution
Project Execution Phase
- Support Project Managers in interpreting and applying contractual terms
- Manage contract amendments and claims (including EOT, delay, suspension, acceleration claims)
- Ensure proper back-to-back risk transfer to suppliers and subcontractors
- Participate in negotiations with customers and partners
- Evaluate contractual claims and their financial impact
- Support procurement in setting appropriate contractual conditions
Division Development
- Contribute to establishing standardized contract management processes
- Improve templates and tools for contract administration
- Capture and share lessons learned across projectsilities
